I ran home from work again. It's kind of fun. My endurance is pretty good. Most of the time I have to walk because of tightness in one of my ankles. It's also kind of fun wearing the short shorts and not worry about perspiring. Generally I feel a lot better, and my skin (especially the skin of my face) looks a lot better.
