Nelson is doing the Master Cleanser diet, which is basically a ten-day fast.  All you can "eat" is a drink made from lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water.  I've done it myself a couple times, and it's great, but in the beginning, the first few days, while all the poisons are coming out of your system, you tend to have a constant headache and feel crappy.

So Nelson is very crabby.  Right now he's lying on the couch, and I'm a little afraid to talk to him.  When he and Emma came in, her head was down between her shoulders.  I managed to cheer her up.

So don't make any noise for a couple of days...
