He was on TV today, explaining that this summer is probably going to be bloody in Iraq.  Of course, things getting worse doesn't mean The Surge isn't working!  Oh, no!  If things get worse, it means they're getting better.  According to Dubya, we won't know until September that The Surge isn't working.

You know it doesn't make sense; I know it doesn't make sense.  I get the feeling that even George Bush knows that it doesn't make sense.  But he's a horse's ass.  He's in a hole and he can't stop digging.  See George dig.  Stop, George, Stop!  See George.  He can't stop digging.  The fact that the hole is getting deeper -- it's a sign of progress!  If it gets deep enough, he'll be able to step right out.  With dignity.  At least, that's his thinking.

"If I quit digging this hole, I'm letting the terrorists win," George says.  "I can't stop!  They'll say I'm a quitter."

Hey down there, George!  Quit digging.
