Back to running
I have trouble fitting exercise into my schedule. A lot of people at work just take off during the day to go to the gym, but for some reason I don't or won't or can't. Maybe I ought to think about why that is.
Anyway, I got this idea to run home from work every other day or so. I leave my work clothes in my office so I can bring them home the next (nonrunning) day.
Yesterday was the first day I tried it, and it was not bad. I had to walk a fair bit, but it was fun. Usually it takes me a half hour to walk the distance, and this was a lot faster (although I forgot to see how long it really took).
I'll see if I can do it again on Monday.
